What I Do
The main
thrust of my business is to help clients obtain commercial mortgage
finance, loans for small business and to produce Business Plans.
This includes finance for owner occupied premises, commercial investment properties, short term bridging loans, development finance for house builders and business acquisition finance; Loans for small business, both secured and unsecured.
Facilities under the Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme are also arranged - this has temporarily replaced the Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme.
I see the transaction through from start to finish and provide a very personal ‘hands on’ service. As mentioned above, the preparation of a Business Plan can also be included, if that is what is required to achieve a successful result.
Relationships have been established with very many lenders, some well known and others not so, due to being more specialist. This means that if a deal can be done, then SLJ Commercial Finance can find a lender to do it!

Commercial Finance was established by me in April 2005 to
provide an independent commercial finance broking service, specialising
in the provision of commercial mortgage finance, loans for small
business and Business Plans.
I have over 31 years banking experience and was a Senior Business Manager with a major UK bank. Consequently I have been directly involved in the small business market for over 20 years and have considerable experience in dealing with a variety of businesses in numerous sectors.
